My name is Leigh Davis.  I have always loved photography.  As a kid I carried a 110 camera and took pictures of my pets, the sky and anything else. When I got my first job, at the age of 16, the very first thing I saved my money to buy was a Vivitar V3000 35mm camera and flash.  Once digital became available I jumped at the opportunity of not spending so much $$ on film and developing.  I gave my camera a back seat a few years ago because I realized I was concentrating more on getting the perfect shot than enjoying the moment.  I think I have found some balance there now and have picked my "real" camera back up instead of just using my cell phone for quick clicks.

I prefer "real" natural shots over posed and highly edited.  Yes, edited photos are lovely and mystical looking but, they do not show reality.  I may use minor edits where needed but, my goal is to capture the moment in a good photo to begin with.

I am a gypsy at heart  I travel anywhere and everywhere, taking photos, experiencing culture, meeting new people, and working on the many projects I have going.  I do booking and management, blog, shutterstock, intagram, design and sale merchandise, donate lots of time to mental health awareness, as well as, try to photograph it all.  Follow my journey!
